William C. Peper

Areas of expertise:

Bill Peper advises purchasers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, developers, entrepreneurs and small and medium sized businesses in real estate transactions and litigation, business formation, probate and general litigation matters.

Background and education:

Bill Peper earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota and moved to California, where he worked at a bank and then managed a mortgage company.  While living and working in Fremont, he enrolled in a real estate law class at California-Berkeley and fell in love with all things related to law and real estate.  That interest later took him to Washington University in St. Louis.  In 1992, after graduation, Bill moved back to the Twin Cities, passed the bar and accepted employment in a suburban real estate law firm.  In 1996, Bill Peper became certified as a Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.  After a solo stint and time as an associate with Morrison, Fenske & Sund, P.A., Bill formed Peper Law Offices, P.C. in Chaska, in 2001, and the firm moved to Eden Prairie in 2003.

A 1980 graduate of Eden Prairie High School, Bill Peper, his wife and two sons live and enjoy Chaska as their home.

Bill Peper believes that his five years of real work experience between college and law school enable him to appreciate the importance of cost effectiveness, efficiency and value to the client.  Client satisfaction should extend not just to the results, but also to the client’s financial and time constraints.
